The Tennessee Equine Hospital Pharmacy offers a wide variety of commercial over-the-counter and prescription items. All prescription items require a current valid prescription. To fill your order simply complete the pharmacy refill request form or call our office at (615) 591-1232.

Pharmacy Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Use this form to request refills of prescriptions.

You may also call the hospitals directly.

Please allow 48 hours to fill your prescription prior to picking up at the hospital. 

Submitting this request form does not guarantee your prescription will be filled - all refills must be approved by a doctor and are pending upon inventory availability.

In some instances, a veterinary appointment may be required. We will reply to your request to confirm approval or denial of refill, and give an estimated pick-up time.  

Payment is expected at pick-up. We accept cash, debit, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
